We deliver across Bangladesh. Here's what to expect when you order from Ventro.

Delivery Zones & Rates

Inside Dhaka Delivery time: 1–2 business days Shipping charge: ৳70

Outside Dhaka Delivery time: 2–4 business days Shipping charge: ৳130

Same Day Delivery (Dhaka Only) Available for orders placed before 6:00 PM Full prepayment required — cash on delivery is not available for same-day orders Delivery is typically completed within 4–6 hours

Free Shipping: Orders over ৳10,000 ship free to all delivery zones across Bangladesh.

Order Processing

• Orders placed before 6:00 PM are processed the same business day
• Orders placed after 6:00 PM or on holidays are processed the next business day
• You'll receive a confirmation SMS/email with tracking details once your order ships

Same Day Delivery

Same day delivery is available within Dhaka city only. To qualify:

• Place your order before 6:00 PM
• Full prepayment is required (no cash on delivery for same-day orders)
• Delivery is completed the same evening, typically within 4–6 hours

Cash on Delivery

Cash on delivery (COD) is available for standard delivery orders within Dhaka and outside Dhaka. Same-day delivery requires full prepayment and is not available with COD.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via SMS and email. You can use this to track your delivery in real time. If you haven't received tracking info within 24 hours of placing your order, please contact us.
