Owen wallets purchased before December 1, 2024 retain the original 5-year warranty. The 1-year warranty applies only to purchases made from December 1, 2024 onwards.

Covers: Stitching issues, chain/zipper issues (Japanese YKK hardware), handle or structural faults due to manufacturing, and material quality issues not caused by external damage or water exposure.
Porter bags use artificial leather and fall under the 1-year warranty tier.

If approved, send the product to us. Customer bears return shipping unless otherwise specified.

We'll repair or replace your product at no cost and ship it back to you.

Customer bears return and re-delivery charges for warranty claims unless otherwise specified by our support team.
