Return & Refund Policy
We want you to love your Ventro product. If something isn't right, here's how returns work.
Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 3 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:
- The product must be in new, unused condition — exactly as you received it
- The blue security seal on the magnetic strip must be fully intact and unbroken
- The product must include all original packaging, accessories, and documentation
- Personalised or engraved products cannot be returned as they are made to order
Important — The Blue Seal: Every Ventro wallet ships with a blue security seal on the magnetic strip. Once this seal is broken, the product is considered used and is no longer eligible for return. Please inspect your wallet before removing the seal.
How to Request a Return
- Contact Us — Reach out within 3 days of delivery by calling +096 17 17 2285 or emailing support@ventro.com.bd
- Ship It Back — Send the product in its original packaging with the blue seal intact
- Get Refunded — Your refund will be processed within 5–7 working days after we receive and inspect the product
Refund Details
- Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we'll notify you of the approval status
- Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 working days to your original payment method
- If you paid via bKash, Nagad, or bank transfer, the refund will be sent to the same account
- Card refunds may take an additional 3–5 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Products with a broken or removed blue security seal
- Products showing signs of use, wear, scratches, or damage
- Personalised or engraved products (custom-made to your specifications)
- Products returned after the 3-day return window
- Products without original packaging or missing accessories
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different product, please initiate a return and place a new order.
Damaged or Defective Products
Received a damaged or defective product? We've got you covered under our warranty. Contact us immediately with photos of the issue, and we'll resolve it for you — either through repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion.
