Leather — cracking & peeling
Premature cracking, flaking, or peeling covered under warranty. We replace the leather — no repair attempts on leather quality issues.
Hardware — zippers & hook
YKK zippers, carry hook, and stitching repaired free of charge. If unfixable, replacement at cost.

Returns
Return policy
We want you to be completely satisfied. Here's how our return process works.

Inspect before you accept
Open and check your order in front of the delivery man before signing off. Returns must be made on the spot by handing the product directly back to the delivery man.

Once he leaves, no returns
After the delivery man has left, returns will not be accepted under any circumstances. Make sure to inspect thoroughly before he goes.
Delivery charge applies on returns
The delivery charge is non-refundable even if you choose to return the product. This applies to all return cases without exception.
