Shipping Time
Standard Delivery: All orders are delivered within 1–4 business days across Bangladesh.
Engraved Orders: Customization does not add extra time — still 1–4 days but Cash On Delivery is not available
Same-Day Delivery (Inside Dhaka Only):
- Available on all days except Friday.
- Orders must be placed before 6:00 PM for same-day delivery.
- Cash on Delivery is not available for same-day delivery orders.
Return Policy
- Check Before You Accept: Returns must be made at the time of delivery by handing the product back to the delivery man.
- Please inspect your order in front of the delivery man.
- Once the delivery man has left, no returns will be accepted.

What makes the Genesis Artisan different from the Genesis Core or Ember models?
The Artisan series is our most premium line, crafted with dual-tone, hand-finished leather and designed as a collector’s edition. While the Core focuses on minimal elegance and the Ember highlights bold textures, the Artisan is all about exclusive craftsmanship and statement design.
Does the Genesis Artisan have the NFC “VentroTap” feature?
Yes. Every Genesis Artisan wallet comes with our in-built NFC chip (VentroTap). Just tap your wallet on any smartphone to instantly share your contact details, links, or portfolio without carrying business cards.
How many cards and cash can it hold?
The Artisan model comfortably stores up to 10 cards (5 in the main click-slot and 5 in additional slots), along with a dedicated cash compartment. It’s designed to balance slimness with practicality.
What leather is used in the Artisan model?
We use dual-tone, full-grain genuine leather, sourced and treated to retain its natural character while offering a unique, two-tone finish that ages beautifully over time.
Is the NFC chip secure? Can someone steal my data?
The NFC chip in Genesis Artisan only shares the information you upload to your Ventro profile. It cannot be hacked or used to access personal data like banking details. You remain fully in control of what is shared. also it doesn't work when the wallet is closed because the RFID blocker kicks in when the wallet is in a closed position.
Can I engrave or personalize the Genesis Artisan wallet?
Yes. We offer laser engraving and embossing services, both online and in-store. Many Artisan owners personalize theirs with initials, names, or even company logos.
What is the warranty policy?
All Genesis Artisan models come with a 3-year replacement warranty against manufacturing defects. The VentroTap chip is also covered under this warranty.
