Return & Refund Policy
- Due to the customized nature of the Prestige Card, we cannot accept returns once the conversion process has started.
- Refunds are only eligible if you cancel before our deliveryman collects your bank card.
- In rare cases of a manufacturing defect (e.g., engraving issue or card damage), we will reprocess or replace the metal card at no extra cost.
- No refunds or replacements are possible for loss of the card after successful delivery.
Disclaimer
- The Prestige Card is a conversion service: we transfer your bank card chip into a stainless-steel body.
- Functionality depends on your bank and ATM/POS systems. ATM use may vary, especially with older machines.
- Most banks in Bangladesh don’t load data into magnetic strips; if so, your Prestige Card strip will be inactive.
- Cash on Delivery is not available for Prestige Cards.
- Ventro is not responsible for lost or stolen cards — please contact your bank immediately to block them.
- The Prestige Card is not a bank-issued product, but a premium conversion service by Ventro.

The Conversion Process
STEP ONE
Place Your Order
Choose your preferred metal finish and confirm your order. At checkout, select whether you want to drop off your card at our store or request a doorstep pickup by our agent.
STEP TWO
Card Collection
Drop-off: Visit our Banani outlet after payment. We’ll have your design ready if your payment is cleared in advance.
Pickup: Our agent collects your sealed card from your address.
STEP THREE
Design & Chip Transfer
Once we receive your card, our team removes the chip and transfers it to your custom-designed metal card. We also prepare your selected engraving or print.
STEP FOUR
Receive Your Prestige Card
Store Drop-off: Could take upto 1 hour depending on the rush.
Courier Option: We’ll ship it back to you via our delivery agent. From pick up to delivery can take upto 7 working days.

How does the Prestige Card work?
We transfer the chip (and magnetic strip if provided) from your existing plastic bank card into a custom stainless-steel card. It works exactly like your original card at POS, online, and supported ATMs.
How do I send my card for conversion?
After you place your order, our deliveryman will visit you to securely collect your existing plastic bank card. Once the transfer is complete, we deliver your Prestige Card back to you.
Is it safe to give my card to Ventro?
Yes. Your card is handled with strict confidentiality and only transferred into your Prestige Card. We return it directly to you once the process is complete.
